Working from beautiful, modern offices in Smithfield, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer who loves the pace, pressure and satisfaction of high-volume recruitment.

We are hoping to find someone with maturity, initiative and a genuine passion for recruitment. Someone who understands that filling an order means knowing your workforce, managing changing priorities and ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time.

When things change at the last minute? You are the person who gets it sorted.

About the Role

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will take ownership of candidate sourcing, filling client orders, workforce coordination and rostering.

You will

- Manage high-volume recruitment requirements and fill client orders
- Source, screen and interview blue-collar candidates
- Coordinate daily and weekly workforce rosters
- Manage cancellations, absences and changing client requirements
- Build and maintain an engaged pool of available candidates
- Complete compliance, references, police checks and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate information within Bullhorn
- Build solid relationships with clients, candidates and your team

About You





Are you an experienced Recruiter who loves the operational side of recruitment and takes pride in delivering for both clients and candidates?

Are you able to bring maturity, accountability and ownership, able to prioritise and make things happen?

You will ideally bring

- Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or labour hire
- Proven experience filling orders and managing workforce rosters
- Knowledge of labour hire operations, compliance and onboarding
- Experience with Bullhorn (FastTrack or similar recruitment CRM software) will be highly regarded
- Exceptional organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when things don't go to plan
- A genuine passion for recruitment and exceptional service
