The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) and Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in autonomy, leadership, and high-complex community environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical reporting and documentation (5+ years experience required)
- High-complex care assessments and site sign-offs
- Development and implementation of clinical protocols
- Oversight of risk, compliance,
and best practice frameworks
- Continence assessments
- Wound assessments and management plans
- Catheter management (IDC/SPC)
- Bowel care management programs
- On-site clinical support and staff guidance
Education & Training
- Deliver group training sessions and 1:1 competency training
- Weekly clinical oversight meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Support staff skill development across high-intensity supports
Essential Criteria
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (Community Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years clinical reporting experience
- Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
- Current Qualified Indemnity Insurance
- Demonstrated experience in high-complex community care
- Ability to work autonomously and with direction
- Robust leadership and communication skills
