About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing community clinical care team in South Australia.
This is an opportunity to provide high-quality 1:1 clinical care to clients in their homes, supporting a range of acute and post-acute care needs. You will use your clinical expertise to deliver safe, responsive and person-centred care while working closely with clients, families and the broader care team.
Clinical responsibilities may include IV medication administration, wound care, phlebotomy, catheter care and clinical assessment, depending on client needs.
Casual opportunities are available, with AM and PM availability required for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' acute nursing experience.
- Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Experience in complex wound care, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, highly desirable.
- Experience with male and female catheterisation, highly desirable.
- Ability to recognise and respond to clinical deterioration.
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred community care.
- Willingness to provide nursing support across different community programs when required.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
- Current National Police Check.
- Unrestricted South Australian Driver's Licence.
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates.
- Evidence of required vaccinations, including COVID-19 and influenza.
