About The Role Join our Acute Stroke & Neurology Ward as a Grade 2 Registered Nurse , providing safe, holistic and person-centred care to patients with complex neurological and stroke-related needs. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical care, provide patient and family education, and support positive patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with the ANUM and NUM and contribute to a culture of caring, excellence, integrity and respect.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver person-centred care aligned with RMH values and individual patient, consumer and family needs.
- Maintain your own and others’ safety and wellbeing, working within scope of practice and seeking support when required.
- Collaborate with patients, carers, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
About You You are a Registered Nurse who brings 2 years' experience as well as:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical and executive stakeholders
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in a Neurology/Stroke setting is desirable
