This highly regarded, medium-sized and OT- owned rehabilitation provider is seeking a motivated and experienced qualified to assist in supporting their wonderful team of national contractors and employees. With a reputation for quality service provision across both the DVA and RTW sectors, you will guide Consultants to continue to provide an excellent service to clients and customers.

- Lead a team from either Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville, Sunshine Coast or remotely. Your team will be predominantly Contractors based nationally with potentially some QLD-based employees, as you bring your Work Cover Queensland or DVA expertise.
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to your team – especially for complex cases within your scope of practice.
- Work predominately within the Workcover QLD or DVA sector as you carry a small caseload dependent upon your capacity.

You will be a positive and experienced Allied Health professional who genuinely enjoys championing their staff to deliver exceptional service and build cohesive relationships with all stakeholders. This provider would love to welcome a warm leader who takes an encouraging approach staff management.

The role will involve:

- Overseeing the performance and technical quality of a team of rehabilitation consultants and contractors.
- Conduct induction of new staff as well as ongoing mentoring and training of your team.
- Attend and contribute to regular management meetings.
- Organize and attend regular meetings and catchups with staff and contractors.
- Carry a reduced caseload of Work Cover QLD or DVA files dependent upon your capacity.
- Work predominantly from home, or based from their Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Townsville office.

To be successful, you will possess:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership- AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA etc)
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience (specifically WCQ or DVA) with leadership experience.
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
- Ability to influence and contribute to a great team culture.
