Your New Role In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key employers across the Health and Emergency Services sector, helping increase Aware Super's market share while delivering a compelling Employer Value Proposition. You'll build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers, emergency service organisations, community service employers, and associated industry stakeholders, while collaborating internally to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement outcomes. Some of your duties will include to:

- Build and strengthen senior-level relationships across Health and Emergency Services employers and key stakeholder groups.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement and growth strategies aligned to the unique needs of healthcare and emergency service workforces.
- Increase member acquisition and retention through workplace engagement, education programs, and intermediary channels.
- Partner with internal teams to position Aware Super's products, services, and expertise across all points of sale.
- Foster strong partnerships with employer associations, unions, professional bodies, and industry networks within the sector.
- Stay across superannuation legislation, workforce trends, industrial relations developments, and emerging challenges impacting Health and Emergency Services employers.

​ ​How do you exceed our expectations?

- 5+ years' experience in Relationship Management or Financial Services
- RG146 accreditation (essential)
- Experience working with,



and managing relationships within the Health, Emergency Services, Government, Community Services, or related sectors (desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior decision‑makers
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth and commercial outcomes
- Knowledge of superannuation legislation and market dynamics
- Relevant tertiary qualification and flexibility to travel as required
