Experienced Appointment Setters & Cold Callers Wanted

If you're genuinely good on the phone and would rather be paid for results than hours worked, we want to hear from you. Outsell Group generates qualified sales opportunities for Australian businesses, with a strong focus on the booming solar, battery and renewable-energy sector.

We're expanding our remote appointment-setting team and are looking for experienced Australian-based callers who can confidently speak with business owners and homeowners and generate quality appointments.

This is not an hourly-paid position. It is a commission-only contract opportunity designed for experienced setters to run their own lead generation business, working with Outsell's extensive client base.

This is for people who can working independently, are experienced in lead generation / appointment setting, can produce results and want the ability to earn accordingly.

What You'll Do

You'll work remotely using our CRM and dialler, calling from enriched prospect data supplied by us.

Your role is straightforward

Start conversations → identify an opportunity → qualify the prospect → book the appointment.

You are not required to sell solar or take payments.

Our solar specialists handle the assessment, presentation, quotation and sale.

What You Can Earn

You are paid for qualified appointments that meet our criteria.

As a guide

10 appointments per week = approximately $1,500

15 appointments per week = approximately $2,250

20 appointments per week = approximately $3,000

There is no fixed salary or hourly rate.

For a strong appointment setter, we believe this creates significantly more upside than simply being paid for time on the phone.

Full commission structure and qualification criteria will be explained during the interview.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is specifically for experienced outbound callers.

You should have

2+ years' experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation or telephone sales.

You must also

- Be confident speaking with Australian business owners and consumers
- Have excellent spoken English and telephone communication skills
- Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working on commission
- Have a professional home-working environment
- Have reliable high-speed internet
- Have your own computer/laptop
- Have an Australian ABN
- Have the right to work in Australia

Solar experience is advantageous, but not essential. We can teach you solar and battery fundamentals — we can't teach you to enjoy picking up the phone.

This Role Will NOT Suit Everyone

If you're looking for a guaranteed hourly wage regardless of results, this isn't the position for you. But if you've previously been one of the better performers in a call centre, appointment-setting or sales team and know you can consistently generate appointments, we'd like to speak with you.

We're particularly interested in setters who want the flexibility of working remotely while having the potential to earn $1,500–$3,000+ per week based on performance.
