A self-directed, performance-based role in the personal development and leadership education sector. Remote across Australia, structured around your existing commitments.

Please note this is not a technical role. We work with experienced professionals from consulting, technology and management backgrounds whose skills transfer well, and who want to apply them independently rather than inside someone else's structure.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a results-based role with no fixed income ceiling. It is not a salaried position, and it is not suited to everyone.

You would be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, guiding them through an established process, and representing an award winning range of personal development and leadership programs.

WHAT IS PROVIDED

No prior industry experience required.

A remote, portable virtual office. A solid internet connection is required.

No cold calling and no pressure selling.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 7 years in the professional workforce.

Robust communication skills and a professional manner.

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.

Approximately 15 hours per week.

Genuine interest in personal growth and leadership.

This role is not suitable for graduates or those seeking a salaried or hourly position.
