We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Research Assistant to support research activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with information, conducting research, analyzing data, and turning findings into clear and useful insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research using online databases, industry reports, academic resources, and other reliable sources.

• Collect, organize, and validate qualitative and quantitative data.

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and trend research.

• Analyze research findings and identify relevant trends, patterns, and insights.

• Prepare research summaries, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.

• Assist with surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other data-gathering activities.

• Maintain accurate research records, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.

• Verify information and ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data.

• Support senior researchers and project teams with ongoing research activities.

• Assist with data visualization, charts, tables, and research presentations.

• Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and relevant market changes.

• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis based on project requirements.

• Maintain organized research files and ensure research activities meet project deadlines.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance,



Statistics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Research, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Google Workspace.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize information effectively.

• Familiarity with data analysis, research tools, or statistical software is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple research tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
