Role Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented professional to support scientific research, experimental development, data analysis, and research project execution . The role combines research planning, experimental activities, scientific analysis, and technical documentation to contribute to reliable and evidence-based research outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, defining research questions, developing research methodologies, designing and performing experiments, and collecting, processing, and analyzing research data. The role will involve applying appropriate scientific and statistical methods, interpreting results, evaluating research findings, and contributing to the development and validation of research outcomes.
The successful candidate will support research projects throughout the research lifecycle, from study planning and experimentation to data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate research records, preparing technical reports and presentations, documenting methodologies and findings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role will contribute to improving research methods, identifying new research opportunities, and ensuring research activities follow established quality, safety, and scientific standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of scientific research, experimental design, research methodology, and data analysis .
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, formulate research questions, and develop structured research approaches.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant scientific principles, laboratory techniques, or experimental methodologies.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex scientific datasets.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data visualization, and scientific research software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis or research tools.
- Knowledge of Python, R, MATLAB, or other scientific computing tools is an advantage.
- Strong scientific writing, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate research records and follow established research, laboratory, quality, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, scientific integrity, and commitment to research accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary research teams.
- Curious, methodical, and proactive mindset with a robust commitment to scientific discovery, continuous learning, and research excellence.
