Join the Guest Services team at one of Byron Bay’s most exciting new hospitality precincts in a unique role combining restaurant reservations with front-of-house hosting.

Working across our Byron Bay office and The Belongil precinct, you’ll look after our guests from their first enquiry through to their arrival at our world class venue.

We can give you more hosting shifts. Love staying organised and keeping reservations running smoothly? Enjoy more office-based shifts. Or, if you want the best of both worlds, a genuine mix of both.

What you'll be doing

- Managing reservations, phone and email enquiries;
- Assisting with bookings, special requests and celebrations;
- Maintaining accurate reservation systems and guest profiles;
- Welcoming guests and managing arrivals across our restaurants;
- Identifying returning guests, VIPs and opportunities to personalise their experience;
- Working closely with restaurant teams to create a seamless guest journey.

Who we're looking for

You might come from reservations, reception, concierge, restaurant hosting or front-of-house hospitality,



but what matters most is your people skills, attention to detail and passion for creating outstanding guest experiences. You’re warm, confident and organised, with the ability to make guests feel genuinely welcomed while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

- A sharp eye for detail and a naturally organised approach;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A calm, confident attitude when things get busy;
- Previous hospitality, reservations or guest services experience;
- Experience with SevenRooms is highly regarded, but definitely essential.
