Brammer Constructions is seeking a motivated residential building estimator to join our team on a full time basis.

Essential criteria:

- Qualification in building estimation
- Ability to compile and provide accurate estimates for client quotes for residential construction
- The ability to identify opportunities for cost improvements
- Ability to request and analyse quotations from external suppliers/contractors
- Assist with materials ordering, as per construction drawings, specifications and addenda’s
- Experience using estimating software
- A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- At least five years’ experience in residential building estimation

Applicants must be currently living in Western Australia to be considered for the position. Applicants must have a qualification in building estimation. Civil Engineers will not be considered for this position.
