About the Role

You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and equipment while delivering a high level of customer service. You'll conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting, ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. A key part of the role will also be identifying additional electrical opportunities while on-site, discussing solutions with customers, and preparing quotes for recommended works. You'll manage jobs from start to finish, provide technical support and guidance to team members, and support apprentices where required.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, testing, and troubleshooting
- Identify additional electrical works and opportunities while on-site
- Discuss recommended works and solutions with customers
- Prepare and present quotes for electrical works
- Follow up on quotes and assist in converting opportunities into completed jobs
- Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Manage jobs from start to finish, including customer communication and job completion
- Provide 5-star customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members when required
- Support and mentor apprentices where needed
- Maintain accurate job notes, quotes, and required documentation
- Work as part of a team to achieve company targets and maintain high standards

About You

- Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair
- Robust understanding of electrical codes, standards,



and regulations
- Confident communicating with customers and discussing electrical solutions
- Comfortable identifying opportunities and quoting additional works
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Electrical Tradesperson qualification or licence
- QLD Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Reliable, professional, and well presented
- Pride in workmanship and a team-first attitude
- A positive attitude towards sales, quoting, and achieving results
