About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team
- Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience
- Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow
- Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management
- Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards




- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control
- Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably
