Datadog is seeking a Technical Escalations Engineer 2 (RUM) to tackle complex RUM-related escalations and mentor the Global Support Engineering team. You will partner with Engineering and Product to improve the platform, influence roadmaps, and champion customers’ end-user experiences across web and mobile telemetry.

You will operate in a quick, collaborative environment, with hybrid work options and a focus on ownership, curiosity, and technical excellence.
