Olympus Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Redfern, NSW.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
- Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of new dishes.
- Train junior team members to the Olympus standard
- Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- 1 years minimum experience required and experience
- Minimum qualification Trade Certificate IV or Diploma
- Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
$75, 000- $85,000 per annum + 12% super Apply Now - or -
