Brazico Brazilian Churrasco is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate manager to join our team.

What we are looking for

- Solid Restaurant Management experience

- Passion for customer service
- Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
- Exceptional communication skills

The role includes but not limited to:
- Management of all aspects of front of house operations
- Hands on management to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy

- Staff selection and coaching
- Opening and closing of restaurant

- Rostering and wages control




- Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
