Lone Star Rib House is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations, lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant, including:
- Leading and motivating the Front of House and Kitchen teams
- Managing daily restaurant operations and service
- Delivering consistently high customer service and food quality
- Managing staff rosters, labour and productivity
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Managing guest feedback and resolving customer concerns
- Ensuring food safety, WHS, RSA and company standards are followed
- Monitoring sales, costs, wastage and overall restaurant performance
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Working closely with Supervisors and senior management to achieve business goals
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management experience
- Has strong leadership and people-management skills
- Is confident managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Can lead by example and remain calm under pressure
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understands labour, sales and cost control
- Is organised, reliable and commercially minded
- Takes pride in restaurant presentation and operational standards
- Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Holds a current RSA certificate, where required
