Join a fast-growing, privately owned property investment and development group with a portfolio of more than 80 retail and mixed-use assets across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end retail leasing process across an allocated portfolio

- Proactively identify prospective retailers and new leasing opportunities

- Develop and maintain a strong and active leasing pipeline

- Conduct tenant inspections and present available opportunities

- Negotiate rentals, incentives, lease terms and Heads of Agreement

- Progress transactions efficiently from enquiry through to execution

- Develop strategies to address vacancies and upcoming lease expiries

- Provide recommendations regarding tenancy mix, rental levels and incentives

- Monitor market activity, competitor assets and emerging retail trends

- Build solid relationships with tenants, agents and industry contacts

- Work collaboratively with asset and property management teams

- Maintain accurate leasing records, pipelines and reporting

About You

- Proven experience in retail property leasing





- Experience managing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion

- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
- An established network of retail tenants, agents and industry contacts

- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of asset performance
- A proactive, energetic and results-focused approach
- The confidence to engage with retailers, agents and senior stakeholders

- Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple transactions

- High levels of initiative, accountability and attention to detail
- A relevant property, business or commerce qualification will be highly regarded
