Role & Team Description:

As a key member of the ECOVACS ANZ team your primary role will be to manage all aspects of retail operations and product training including overseeing the extensive field merchandising program, development & deployment of consistent point of sale and delivery of impactful product training programs to effectively launch new products and categories, increase store efficiency, drive sell out & ultimately achieve business growth and strategic targets in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).

This role requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented person, who passionately comprehends the importance of the ‘last 3 feet of retail’ in the customer decision journey and thrives working in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment. Whilst managing our 3rd party agencies with clear direction, solid performance delivery mechanics and passionate leadership, you will be the central point of contact on all aspects of retail ops and training matters with our key resellers and distribution partners as well as coordinating ECOVACS functional teams locally, within the Global Retail Operations Team & relevant APJ stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





- Manage all aspects of retail operations in the Australia & New Zealand region
- Develop, support & implement all aspects of product training using tools and techniques to empower agencies, reps, retailers and local team
- Main point of contact for distributors and resellers regarding all point of sale, merchandising and training matters
- Mentor & motivate 3rd party Territory Managers, reps & relevant distribution/reseller staff
- Analyse & report retail situation, competitors’ activities and trends
- Regular reporting, KPI scorecards and reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CE industry.
- Interested in exploring new information/technologies and keeping up-to-date on market trends in CE industry (especially robotic appliances & smart home devices).
- Professional experience should span across the management of field merchandising, POS creation & deployment and extensive product training.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and managing projects that involve stakeholders from different countries.
- Clear planning acumen with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven record in go to market plans/ approaches
- Attention-to-detail
- Able to work in a team whilst also demonstrating professional and positive attitude when working individually and under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Native English is a must and Basic Mandarin in communications is a plus.
