We're looking for friendly and reliable Retail Team Members to join our Southern Cross team. If you're looking for regular evening work and enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. No previous barista experience is required — full training can be provided.

What You'll Do

- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Serve and package donuts and other products
- Operate the POS and process customer transactions
- Restock products and maintain store presentation
- Clean and prepare the store for the next trading day
- Work closely with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, reliable, and positive
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using a POS system or willing to learn
- No barista experience required — training will be provided

Availability – Essential Requirement

This role is primarily focused on closing shifts,



so late-night availability is essential.

- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- 4:30 PM start
- Closing shifts finish at approximately 12:00 AM or 12:30 AM
- Minimum availability required: Friday, Saturday & Sunday closing shifts
- Additional weekday closing availability is highly regarded

We're looking to build a reliable closing team, with casual and potential part-time opportunities of around 25 hours per week available for the right candidates.
