Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Manager to support growth across our whole-of-resort offering, including Accommodation, Hot Springs, Day Spa, Food & Beverage, group, trade and experience revenue streams.

This is a hands-on commercial role where you will be immersed in all areas of the business, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through pricing, packages, promotions, direct bookings, OTA channels and a strong understanding of guest demand across the full resort experience.

About the role

As the Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs’ Revenue & Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in maximising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, direct bookings, experience revenue and distribution efficiency across the resort.

Your responsibilities will include

- Monitoring accommodation inventory, rate parity, availability and booking pace across approved channels
- Loading and maintaining rates, packages, promotions and tactical offers
- Managing accommodation & ticketed experience OTA’s, booking engine, channel manager and distribution system administration
- Reviewing competitor activity, pickup, occupancy trends and channel performance
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly revenue and distribution reports
- Supporting forecasting, budget tracking and commercial decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to grow direct bookings and reduce distribution costs
- Managing group, retreat, trade and wholesale booking administration
- Supporting new products, packages, campaigns and distribution partnerships
- Communicating occupancy forecasts, group activity and booking changes to operational teams

About you You will be confident working with rates, availability, booking systems, reporting and commercial data.



You do not need to come from a large corporate hotel background, but you do need robust attention to detail, practical commercial judgement and the ability to follow through.

You will ideally have

- Experience in hotel, resort, tourism, reservations, revenue management or distribution
- Understanding of OTAs, channel managers, booking engines and PMS systems
- Strong Excel, reporting and data interpretation skills
- Excellent attention to detail with rates, packages, inventory and booking information
- Ability to identify system, pricing or mapping issues before they affect guests or revenue
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with operational, commercial and guest-facing teams
- A practical understanding of how accommodation, experiences, packages and guest demand work together commercially
- Experience with SiteMinder, Bókun, PMS platforms, OTA extranets or tourism distribution systems would be highly regarded
- Experience with group bookings, retreats, trade partners or wholesale accounts would also be an advantage

The offer

- Full-time position
- $90,000 - $110,000 + superannuation
