About the Role

As a REVL Coach, you'll be responsible for creating an incredible member experience through:

- Coaching high-energy group training sessions
- Building genuine relationships with members
- Helping members stay accountable and achieve results
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Contributing to community events and studio culture
- Supporting member retention and growth
- Upholding the highest coaching and movement standards

Essential Requirements

- Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience coaching group fitness
- Strong communication skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Bonus Points If You Have

- Functional fitness coaching experience
- Sales or customer service experience
- Experience building fitness communities
- Leadership experience
- Social media confidence
