Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Rhino Operator to join our team at the Cowal Project in West Wyalong—our largest and most exciting project to date. This is a rare opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term role (5+ years) on a major production and development site.

Responsibilities

- Operate the Rhino unit safely and efficiently in an underground setting
- Support production and development targets
- Maintain strong adherence to safety procedures and site protocols
- Work collaboratively with the site team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and basic maintenance of equipment

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating a Rhino in underground mining
- Strong commitment to safety and team performance
- Ability to work a 2/2 roster
- Relevant underground mining tickets/licences (advantageous)
- FIFO-ready and able to work in West Wyalong
