Your New Role
Join the Business Risk & Compliance team and help strengthen risk management, assurance and incident management practices across the business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, support the delivery of enterprise risk frameworks, and drive meaningful improvements to risk culture, controls and regulatory compliance.
- Support the delivery of risk and assurance activities including controls testing, risk assessments, obligation management and key risk indicator monitoring.
- Lead and coordinate incident management activities, ensuring incidents, breaches and remediation plans are managed effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to embed enterprise risk frameworks, provide risk advice and support projects and regulatory change initiatives.
- Coordinate audit and assurance activities, assist control owners and support remediation outcomes through to closure.
- Deliver training, reporting and risk insights that strengthen risk awareness and compliance capability across the business.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Experience in financial services, ideally within superannuation, trustee services, member administration, advice or broader risk and compliance functions.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, controls, obligations management, incident management and GRC systems.
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory landscape impacting superannuation and managed investment schemes.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to investigate issues, drive outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
