About The Company
Road Safety Education Limited (RSE) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing road trauma by delivering evidence-based, engaging road safety programs to high school students. Our flagship program, Ryda, consists of a series of impactful workshops designed to help young people (aged 15–18) make safer choices on our roads. We deliver over 500 workshops per year across Australia and New Zealand, including over 100 per year throughout Greater Sydney.

The Role
We are currently seeking dynamic and confident Program Facilitators / Presenters to join our team delivering Ryda workshops at venues across Sydney and the Central Coast.
As a facilitator / presenter, you will:
- Deliver scripted, interactive presentations to small groups of students (six 30-minute sessions per workshop)
- Facilitate group discussions and practical activities in a workshop format
- Engage and connect with teenage audiences (aged 15 to 17 years old)
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth program delivery
- Maintain timing and session quality throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- You are a confident public speaker with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Able to project your voice and confidently engage young people (aged 15-17)
- Professional appearance and smart casual attire required
- Must be willing and able to travel to workshop locations across Greater Sydney (including the Central Coast and Illawarra), many of which are not easily accessible via public transport
- Applications from current university students are welcome across all disciplines, especially teaching, drama, sociology, engineering, paramedicine etc.
- Comfortable with adaptable, irregular scheduling (no guaranteed weekly shifts).
- Hold or are willing to obtain a current NSW Working With Children Check
What We Offer
- Full training provided (no previous road safety experience needed)
- Casual day shifts only (typically 9am–2pm, Monday–Friday during school terms – no school holiday work)
