Company Description Cleaning Melbourne is part of the GDM Group and delivers commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance services across Greater Melbourne. As we grow into new regions and service lines, we're looking for a hands-on, safety-conscious Pressure Washing & Maintenance Cleaner to join our Technical Operations and Maintenance team.

Role Description The Roof, Gutter & Pressure Washing Cleaner is a full-time, (Part time considered working 3 days a week) on-site role based out of Greensborough Victoria. This position is responsible for cleaning roofs, gutters, and exterior surfaces using pressure washing and related equipment, following company safety and quality procedures. Daily tasks include inspecting work areas, setting up ladders and safety gear, removing debris from gutters.

The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet job schedules, and communicating with site contacts as needed. Accurate completion of job reports, adherence to environmental guidelines, and consistent use of personal protective equipment are essential parts of the role.





Qualifications

- Ability to safely operate ladders, pressure washers, and basic hand tools, with strong attention to safe work at heights.
- Experience in exterior cleaning, roof and gutter maintenance, or general commercial cleaning is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices, including use of PPE and adherence to site safety procedures.
- Valuable physical fitness, with the ability to lift equipment, work on roofs, and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to follow structured processes and instructions independently.
- Basic communication skills for coordinating with team members and site contacts; ability to complete simple job records.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to travel to job sites around Melbourne.
- Relevant certifications for working at heights or construction/cleaning safety (e.g., White Card, Working at Heights ticket).
