The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rotomoulder to join our high performing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role within a quick paced environment where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential to meeting our high volume manufacturing demands.

No previous rotomoulding experience is required, full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a can do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to showing up and contributing every day.

You’ll be working at our manufacturing facility producing a wide range of polyethylene water tanks, industrial tanks, and agricultural products as part of a supportive and safety focused team.

Clark Tanks is an Australian manufacturing company specialising in polymer rainwater tanks and farm products, and part of the Kingspan Group, which has manufacturing plants across 11 sites in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA.

Since 1997, Clark Tanks has manufactured quality food-grade and UV stabilised polyethylene tanks for safe and fresh-tasting water in a wide range of styles and colours. Our product has a trusted reputation for reliability amongst the rural community across Australia.

The Role

- Preparing moulds and monitoring tank ovens through cooking and cooling cycles
- Loading and unloading moulds safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality assurance checks and recording results
- Operating forklifts (where licensed)
- Completing daily housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

- No experience required – training provided
- A reliable and punctual employee who understands the importance of consistency in manufacturing
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to work well in a team based, high demand production environment
- Forklift licence and experience is an advantage, but not essential
