This is your opportunity to join a high-performing sales team in Schofields, working alongside one of the area's leading agents and gaining hands-on experience across the entire sales process.

With15+ listings at any one time and strong developer relationships, the stock is there — we need an ambitious, switched-on Sales Associate ready to make the most of it.

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the lead agent, developers, vendors and buyers while learning what it takes to succeed at the highest level.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing and working across 15+ active listings
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Prospecting the database and making outbound/cold calls
- Responding to and managing buyer enquiries
- Appointment, email and diary management
- Setting up and collecting property signboards
- Supporting the team throughout the listing-to-settlement process

We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in real estate and ready to step up
- Driven, motivated and hungry to succeed
- Confident communicating with clients and prospects
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail




- Reliable about building a long-term career in real estate sales
- Tech-savvy and switched on
- A holder of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- A current driver license holder with a reliable vehicle
