Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gold Coast, supporting real estate sales activities across Harcourts’ residential and commercial property portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with listing and sales documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating appointments, and supporting senior sales professionals in negotiations and contract processes.

Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial inquiry through to settlement, while actively contributing to a positive, ethical, and client-centered sales culture.

Qualifications

- Robust client service and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present information clearly.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in real estate and a drive to achieve sustainable results for clients and the business.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including managing documentation, schedules, and accurate data entry.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate technology platforms, including CRM systems and online listing portals.
- Ability to work on-site in the Gold Coast, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Relevant real estate registration or license for Queensland (or willingness to obtain), and prior experience in sales, customer service, or property-related roles is beneficial.
- Professional presentation, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transport to attend property inspections and client appointments.
