Sales Follow-Up & Client Support SpecialistOctober Events | Contract | 12 October – 13 November 2026 | $30/hr + Conversion BonusExperienced sales operators only — this is not an entry-level role.

We’re looking for a confident, warm and highly capable sales follow-up specialist to join us following our October events.

Our clients are primarily midlife women navigating significant life transitions in divorce & separation who have attended one of our events and have indicated an interest in investing in a high-ticket training and personal development program.

We have three live events across Brisbane, Sydney and Perth over three weekends in October, with the contract running from 12 October to 13 November 2026.

We do the pitching and presentation at the events. Your role is what happens afterwards — staying connected with interested clients, understanding where they are at, helping them work through what may be holding them back and supporting them to make a clear, informed decision.

Some clients will be ready to go but need help navigating the next steps. Others may need to arrange finance or work through practical hurdles. Some will have paid a deposit and need to complete their purchase. And occasionally, someone will make a decision at the event and then have a wobble afterwards.

This role is about knowing how to handle all of those conversations with warmth, confidence and emotional intelligence.

What you'll be doing

- Following up with warm leads from our October events
- Having confident, personable phone conversations with prospective clients
- Building genuine rapport with a predominantly midlife female client base
- Understanding what's genuinely holding someone back
- Asking great questions and listening carefully to the answers
- Following up consistently without being pushy
- Helping clients work through practical next steps
- Supporting clients who need time,

information or assistance to complete their purchase
- Following up with clients who have paid a deposit and helping them progress to completion
- Helping settle clients who experience post-event uncertainty or buyer's wobble
- Keeping clear notes and tracking where each client is up to
- Working closely with our team so no good opportunity falls through the cracks

We’re looking for someone who...

- Has proven high-ticket sales and follow-up experience
- Is exceptionally comfortable on the phone
- Can build rapport quickly and naturally with women in their 40s, 50s and beyond
- Has high emotional intelligence and can read the person they're talking to
- Knows how to ask good questions and actually listen
- Can confidently handle objections, hesitation and uncertainty
- Is persistent without being pushy
- Can have a calm, reassuring conversation with someone who is second-guessing herself
- Can build trust without overstepping into counselling or giving financial advice
- Is organised and disciplined with follow-up
- Is commercially minded and enjoys seeing results
- Can work independently and take ownership of their pipeline
- Is comfortable working with warm leads where the relationship has already been established at an event

This role will suit you if...You genuinely enjoy the follow-up part of sales. You understand that sometimes the sale isn't lost — the person simply needs someone capable of helping her work through the next step.

You're equally comfortable saying

“Let's work out what's actually holding you back.”

as you are saying:

“You've made the decision — let's get the next step sorted.”

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, having real conversations and building trust rather than hiding behind emails and text messages.

Remuneration$30 per hour +conversion bonus The hourly rate covers follow-up, client support, calls and related administration.

A conversion bonus is paid when your follow-up directly results in a client who has not yet completed their purchase proceeding and making the required payment.

Clients who have already purchased but need reassurance or support after the event are an significant part of the role and are covered within the hourly rate.
