About the role
This is a varied position combining proactive telephone sales with customer service, order processing and general office support.
Full time preferred, however shorter hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Outbound sales calls to existing and prospective hospital customers
- Build long-term relationships with nurses, purchasing teams and hospitals
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Assist with general administration as required
About you
- Proven experience in outbound telephone sales
- Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Well organised and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Reliable work history
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage, but not essential
