We're looking for a Sales Director – APAC to lead and grow SLINGCO's business across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial role focused on front-line sales, market development, strategic customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth. Initially an individual contributor role, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead an APAC sales team as the regional business grows.

What You'll Do

- Lead from the front, win new business and manage key customer and strategic partner relationships.
- Build SLINGCO's presence across Australia's electrical infrastructure and utility markets.
- Develop sales channels across Australia and APAC, including distributors, EPCs, contractors, utilities and major end users.
- Identify and convert recent product, customer and market opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
- Build the foundations of a high-performing APAC sales capability as the business scales.
- Travel extensively across Australia and APAC, with occasional travel to SLINGCO locations in the UK and USA.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong sales experience selling products into electrical infrastructure, utilities, power transmission, distribution or industrial markets in Australia.
- Proven experience developing business through distributors, EPCs, contractors, utilities and major end users.
- A track record of developing territories, opening new markets, closing complex deals and exceeding targets.
- Strong senior-level relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, commercial, organisational and analytical skills.
- A proactive,



hands-on mindset with the drive to build markets and deliver results.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Australia and APAC.
- Full Australian driving licence required.
- Degree in a relevant business, engineering or technical discipline preferred.
