About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Junior Sales Executive OR an experienced Sales Executive to join our booming GAC, LDV & RAM dealership in Kirrawee.

Whether you’re looking to launch your career in Automotive Sales or take your existing experience to the next level, this is your chance to learn, grow and succeed within a high-performing team.

If you are joining us with no experience:

- You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives – Full training, mentoring and support will be provided to assist you in becoming a successful Sales Executive!
- You will learn about the GAC, LDV & RAM brands, their models and features
- You will learn about customer needs, customer service expectations and the overall decision-making process
- You will learn negotiation and closing techniques as well as how to manage enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face




- You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
- Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money

For an experienced candidate; responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- All aspects of the sales process
- Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customers
- Achieving individual sales KPI's
- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding the GAC, LDV & RAM brands
- Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients to find the right vehicle

About you:

- No experience is required! We will consider all industries for the right candidate
- Confident, positive and ambitious - with a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, well-spoken manner
- Customer-focused, with a genuine passion for building strong relationships where customer service is paramount
- You must be comfortable with negotiating
- Strong work ethic – must be willing to learn, take guidance and continuously develop
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) when required as per roster (1*1-day fortnight)*
