Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an industry experienced professional Sales Managerto lead our friendly in-house sales team at our Dandenong South Branch.

Working with existing customers and stake holders, to maintain our position, while also driving sustainable growth and ambition to be the best we can for our customers and staff.

The role would suit someone with proven industry knowledge of the product groups we currently offer, together with experience of working with a team of staff at different levels. To achieve monthly goals and targets.

This is an opportunity to join the market leading supplier of Engineering, Fabrication, workshop and Woodworking Machinery and Equipment.

You'll be very experienced in creating and following up sales leads and projects with extensive knowledge of engineering machinery.

What will you be doing?

- Lead a small team, with daily needs.
- Telephone and Counter Sales.
- Computerised Quoting and Invoicing.
- Assist customers to choose the best product for their needs.
- Customer relationship building with ongoing customer service.
- Utilising organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Trade or Engineering experience an advantage.

What will you need?

- 2-5+ years experience in a sales manager role, managing other staff.
- An outgoing and can-do attitude along with the ability to work well within a close-knit team environment.



Have excellent time management skills with exceptional communication skills & great attention to detail.
- To be a results-oriented, a highly motivated self-starter and team player
- You’ll have good Computer Skills, including MS office (Pronto experience highly regarded)
- And the ability to build & maintain customer relationships.
