We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to manage our high performing QLD sales team based in our Brisbane office. This newly created role will report into the GM, Foodservice and will also oversee business operations including Administration, Service and the Warehouse operations in QLD.

About the Role

Operating in our dynamic, rapid paced and agile environment, your key responsibilities include:

- Grow sales and market share across all Foodservice channels including cafes, restaurants, independent grocery, casinos, universities, hotels and key accounts.
- Lead, motivate and influence the sales team to achieve business objectives and KPI’s.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts and customer service levels.
- Gain and maintain new key accounts.
- Develop strategic new business targets within QLD
- Maintain the company image and standards across all product categories.
- Ensure Vittoria Food & Beverage is delivering on contractual obligations and ROI’s
- Ensure yearly and half yearly business reviews are conducted with all Key Accounts.
- Quarterly travel and country visits to regional areas.

About You:

Ideally you will demonstrate

- Extensive Key Account & Sales Management experience in Foodservice / Food & Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of the Foodservice channel, Hotels, Clubs,



Institutions and Multi-site operators.
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams preferably in FMCG.
- Experience in the coffee industry is desirable but not essential.
- Strong business and customer relationships at senior executive levels within your speciality channel.
- A successful track record in winning new business across key accounts.
- In depth knowledge and understanding in your key sector and channel.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience winning and maintaining high profile, high volume accounts.
- Exceptional at delivering customer service to our existing and potential clients.
- Able to review, identify and improve profitability and growth opportunities.
- An outstanding communicator and comfortable dealing with key stakeholders at all levels.
