Requirements

- Previous experience managing others in a busy environment
- Automotive/tyre industry knowledge and confidence discussing mechanical services
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build relationships and grow accounts
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

- Drive sales of tyres, mechanical repairs, etc, building rapport with customers and trade accounts
- Lead day-to-day workflow across the workshop and front counter to keep jobs running smoothly
- Monitor performance and support the team to deliver consistent results
- Provide outstanding customer service, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally
- Manage stock ordering and inventory levels to support bookings and demand
- Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain service standards
