Lead sales and marketing activities to achieve targets, grow market presence, strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Set and monitor sales targets, revenue and performance.

- Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.

- Identify new markets and business development opportunities.

- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

- Lead and support sales and marketing teams to achieve performance objectives.

- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

- Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field is desirable.

- Previous experience in sales and marketing management.

- Robust experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Strong analytical, leadership and business development skills.

- Experience in retail, jewellery or luxury goods is highly desirable.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
