Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting sales performance, processes, and reporting for Fundación del Olivar’s projects and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this role analyzes sales data, prepares performance dashboards and reports, and identifies trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
The analyst collaborates with sales and finance teams to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing strategies, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency. Additional tasks include maintaining CRM and sales tools, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales workflows and metrics aligned with the foundation’s mission.
Qualifications
- Robust Analytical Skills, including data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of sales metrics.
- Sales and Sales Operations experience, with the ability to support pipeline management, forecasting,
and process optimization.
- Finance-related skills, such as basic financial analysis, budgeting support, and understanding of revenue and cost drivers.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in or knowledge of the olive oil sector, agribusiness, or food industry is an advantage.
