About our Salesforce Practice

Seisma’s Salesforce practice comprises 100 specialists across Australia and New Zealand. Role Purpose:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. You’ll work within a close-knit team for our government clients, partnering closely with them to operate as a unified delivery team focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Experience working with Government organisations that use test automation tools such as Selenium and JAVA are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify, document, and track defects,



ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Utilise automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall product quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Quality Engineer or CRM Quality Engineer
- Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems like Siebel CRM.
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JAVA, TestComplete).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience working with OmniStudio
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:





- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
