SALON CONCIERGE / RECEPTIONIST

A different direction for your salon career. An established luxury hair salon in Sydney’s Hills District is looking for a polished, organised and proactive Salon Concierge / Receptionist to join its team.

This is more than a traditional reception role. You’ll be at the centre of a busy, premium salon — managing the client experience, coordinating the salon floor and helping ensure each day runs seamlessly.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for

Delivering an exceptional front-of-house client experience

Managing bookings, enquiries, cancellations and client communication

Checking clients in and out and processing payments

Coordinating the salon floor and supporting stylists throughout the day

Managing daily workflow and keeping appointments running smoothly

Assisting with stock, inventory and salon organisation

Supporting administration and day-to-day salon operations

Maintaining a polished and organised salon setting

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who understands salons — the pace, the clients, the services and what it takes to keep a busy salon running smoothly.





You’ll be confident, highly organised and naturally proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional level of client service.

You must have:

Previous hair or beauty salon experience

Strong hair/beauty industry knowledge A current driver’s licence

Availability Tuesday–Saturday

Highly regarded:

Fresha experience or confidence using salon booking and management systems
