About the role

Master Tops is looking for an experienced Saw and CNC Operator to join our busy stone fabrication team in Willetton. We are seeking someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key responsibilities

- Operating CNC machinery for stone fabrication
- Cutting, drilling, profiling and machining stone benchtops
- Reading and interpreting drawings and job specifications
- Setting up and checking jobs before production
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure accurate finishes
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working closely with our factory and production team

About you

- Previous CNC operating experience is a must
- Experience in stone fabrication, benchtops or a similar industry is preferred




- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to read drawings and measurements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
