About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Team Member to join our Support Office team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting both internal stakeholders and external institution partners.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and responsive customer service, working closely with Account Management and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end customer support as a key point of contact
- Process orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage workflows and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines




- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
- Support general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in customer service, admin, or sales support
- Solid organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confident working with both internal teams and external customers
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Desirable (Not Essential)

- Experience in B2B environments or retail/apparel industries
- Background in uniforms, teamwear, or product-based businesses
