The business has a clear trajectory to become a national AV/ICT integrator over the next 4–5 years , and they're looking for a technically strong qualified to help build the service function as the company scales.

This isn't a traditional management role where you'll spend your day managing spreadsheets and SLAs.

It's a hands-on senior technical role with a genuine pathway into leadership. The Opportunity There's a saying "Opportunities are like buses, there's always another coming along." Not this time. This is the express bus that takes you directly to a leadership role! You'll become a key technical point of contact for customers, taking ownership of service issues from diagnosis through to resolution.

One minute you could be jumping in the car for a reactive client call-out , fault-finding a Crestron/Q-SYS/DSP/network issue , getting into the rack and working through the problem with the client.

The next day you could be supporting a commissioning project, coordinating another technical resource, working with a manufacturer on an escalation or improving the processes that underpin the service operation.

You'll remain technically hands-on , but increasingly take ownership of the bigger picture.

As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to mentor technical staff, influence service standards,



help build the team and progress into broader service leadership. What you'll be doing

- Take ownership of reactive SLA, DLP and T&M; service requirements
- Diagnose and resolve complex AV/ICT faults with a focus on first-call resolution
- Troubleshoot Crestron, Q-SYS, DSP, Dante, networking, Teams Rooms and integrated AV systems
- Work directly with customers and take ownership of technical issues
- Support commissioning, upgrades, modifications and project work
- Coordinate technical resources and subcontractors where required
- Manage vendor and manufacturer escalations
- Identify recurring issues and drive preventative solutions
- Develop service documentation, processes and technical knowledge
- Become a senior technical escalation point within the business
- Mentor and support developing technical staff
- Help build the service function as the company expands nationally

Who I'm looking for? You Could Currently Be Working As a Service Engineer | Systems Engineer | AV Systems Engineer | Commissioning Engineer | Senior AV/ICT Specialist | Integration Engineer | Service Delivery Specialist You don't necessarily need previous Service Delivery Manager experience.



What's more important is that you're technically strong, customer-focused and ready for greater responsibility. You'll Ideally Bring

- 5+ years' commercial AV/ICT experience
- Strong hands-on service, commissioning and fault-finding capability
- Experience with Crestron and/or Q-SYS
- Solid understanding of DSP, Dante and AV networking
- Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms experience
- Excellent customer communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously across multiple client sites
- A genuine interest in mentoring, leadership and building something
