We are looking for a Scrum Master to work on one of projects within the Government sector.

About the Role

- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews/demos.
- Support effective backlog management and prioritisation in collaboration with the Product Owner and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate sprint delivery, ensuring work is clearly understood, appropriately planned and progressing against agreed timelines.
- Manage and communicate delivery risks, issues, dependencies and blockers,



ensuring these are addressed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate release planning and deployment activities, working across development, testing and business teams to support smooth releases.

About You

- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within software development or application delivery environments, ideally in the Government sector.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Scrum and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing sprint delivery, backlog refinement and release coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working on .NET or similar application development projects would be advantageous.
