We're looking for a delivery-focused Scrum Master to drive an Application Modernisation Program forward, not by leading developers, but by coordinating cross-functional IT resources: platform teams, BAU support, shared specialists, vendors, testers, and architects.

You'll own the delivery plan, keep multiple parallel workstreams moving, and transparent whatever gets in the way.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute the delivery plan against the program roadmap
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to maximise throughput
- Run Scrum ceremonies, adapted pragmatically for upgrade/remediation work
- Turn the roadmap into prioritised, actionable backlogs
- Spot and remove impediments, including but not limited to resourcing, environments, dependencies
- Report sprint-level progress and keep risks visible

What You Bring

- Proven Scrum Master / Delivery Lead experience in complex enterprise IT




- Track record delivering app modernisation or remediation, ideally across parallel streams
- Strength coordinating BAU teams, shared specialists, and vendors
- Pragmatic judgement applying agile and hybrid delivery models
- Azure DevOps (or equivalent) proficiency
- Strong stakeholder and facilitation skills

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in Higher education, government or highly regulated environments
- Worked in large multi-year programs involved legacy systems.
- CSM or PSM certification.

This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract at a total package of $160,000 (inc of super). This role is available for an immediate start so be quick to register your interest.
