What could your role look like?

You'll work with children, adolescents, adults and families across home, community and clinic environments.

Your work might include:

- Speech pathology assessment and intervention
- Communication, speech and social skills
- AAC and complex communication
- Eating, drinking and dysphagia
- Mealtime management
- Diagnostic assessments and reporting
- Collaboration with families, schools, support coordinators and other professionals
- Supporting allied health assistants and other clinicians
- Clinical supervision and mentoring

But we don't expect you to be passionate about everything.

Your career doesn't have to follow a predetermined pathway.

You might want to become highly specialised clinically. You might want to mentor other clinicians. You might want to contribute to professional development, leadership, service design or something we haven't even thought of yet.

For example, our clinicians can take on additional opportunities such as becoming a Professional Growth Coordinator , helping identify CPD opportunities, workshops, training programs and learning pathways for the wider team.

If you have an idea for where your career could go, we'll help you explore it.

Development that follows your interests

You receive a generous CPD budget, along with career development coaching to help identify workshops, conferences, specialised programs and other learning opportunities that actually align with where you want to go.

We don't want to send you to training just because it's on a generic development plan.

Experience is welcome, but it isn't everything.

- Bachelor or Master's qualification in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- WWCC
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- COVID-19 vaccination and required training
