Job Description:

Core (Generic) Skills and Experience
Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, andbusiness stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.

Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills

Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architectureartefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.

Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including ArchitectureDesign Review Forum (ADRF),



Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).

Compliance and Assurance Support

Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and complianceactivities, including:

Cyber Security Assessments

Records Management Assessments

Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)

Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.

Demonstrated experience with enterprise CRM platforms suchas Salesforce .

Ability to design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes andcustomer engagement.

Database Design and Migration

Solid experience in Oracle database design, implementation, optimisation, andmigration.

Knowledge of database modernisation and migration best practices.

Data Architecture and Analytics

Experience defining and implementing data architecture solutions, includingdata modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.

Understanding of data management principles and data-driven decision-makingcapabilities.
