About the role

Location: Melbourne Airport

Must be available for 24-7 rosters

Casual role

Must have 24-7 availability

Plenty of hours available

Level 1 role

- Onsite parking

Duties will include

Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, visitors, and drivers

Manage traffic flow and driver behaviour within designated Pick Up and Drop Off zones

Respond professionally to incidents and operational issues

Conduct detailed incident reporting and documentation

Work collaboratively within a high performing operational team

Maintain a strong security presence in a busy public setting To be successful in this role, you will require:

First Aid Certificate and CPR

Current VIC Security license





Must hold a valid driver's licence and own vehicle to get to the site

Full working rights in Australia

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal English skills The ability to read, write, and complete detailed reports proficiently The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
