Five by Five is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead ambitious integrated work across advertising, social, PR, influencer, retail and brand experience.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major national campaigns spanning TV and cinema, retail, experiential, content and earned media. You’ll work closely with senior clients and internal teams to turn strong ideas into brilliantly executed, genuinely integrated work.

The role also offers a clear pathway for progression as the agency and our client relationships continue to grow.

What you'll be doing

- Leading senior client relationships and becoming a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
- Overseeing integrated campaigns from initial brief and strategy through to production, launch and measurement.
- Connecting creative, social, PR, influencer, retail, experiential and production work into one cohesive campaign.
- Translating complex client needs into explicit briefs, priorities and actions.
- Working closely with creative and strategy teams to protect the strength of the idea throughout delivery.
- Leading scopes, timelines, budgets, forecasting and project profitability.
- Managing internal teams, external partners and production suppliers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and expand the agency’s remit.
- Supporting and mentoring account management team members.
- Contributing to pitches, proposals and the continued growth of Five by Five Australia.

- You have significant agency experience leading complex, integrated accounts and campaigns.
- You understand how advertising, PR, social, influencer, retail and experiential work together.
- You’re confident managing senior clients, challenging constructively and bringing clarity to complex projects.
- You’re commercially strong and comfortable managing scopes, budgets, forecasts and profitability.
- You can lead multiple workstreams without losing sight of the overall campaign idea.
- You’re an excellent communicator who builds trust across clients, colleagues and partners.
- You care about the creative product and know how to help teams produce their best work.
- You’re proactive, calm under pressure and comfortable taking genuine ownership.
